But beyond the story told in this movie there is really no way to tell anything more without Stewart's involvement.

This one was well written, and well acted, really telling a story of love gone bad, with a bit of sister vs sister thrown in. There are some light hearted moments, coming mostly from the dwarf character, as well as a lot of action and good special effects.

For those who get the discs, there are theatrical and extended versions of the movie. The extended version just adds to a few scenes but does not really affect the story in any significant way.

There are a few behind the scenes and making of features, and a gag reel, the highlight of which has Charlize Theron's son throwing a temper tantrum in the background while she is filming a scene.

There is also a director commentary track on the theatrical version of the film. Good for what is there. Like the first movie but a bit more Legend-esque.

The tone and art of this film reminded me of the tone of that old Tom Cruise movie "Legend" The very end was more similar in tone to the original Snow White movie, a bit more scary.

I don't think it was any more scary than The Force Awakens, so if your kids liked that this won't be traumatizing.

Charlize Theron isn't in the movie very much; It's mostly a Chris Hemsworth vehicle. I also thought the set and architectural design of the Ice Queen's castle was very beautiful; very reminiscent of Medieval Viking architecture but a bit more airy and magical.

The costumes were all very detailed and clever. A pleasant movie to watch on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Maybe they'll make a spin-off? I really really enjoyed this movie.

I don't see why everyone was bashing it so much. Was a bit predictable? Yes, but aren't all movies? I have to admit, Freya is my favorite character.

Emily Blunt just portrays her and her emotions-or lack thereof-so well! And the banter between the dwarves and the Huntsmen is hilarious.

What an excellent film. Perfect casting, great story They got rid of that miserable-faced Kirsten Stewart, and added the funniest dwarves since the Hobbit.

Possibly even funnier, with Nick Frost and Rob Bryden. Not really for kids, but any adult who enjoys a bit of medieval fantasy, some hot babes and a hard case 'softie' Huntsman, Chris Hemsworth, you're in for a treat.

As good as Lord of the Rings in my opinion. Whilst you're at it, try 'Seventh Son', not in the same league, but still good.

I was pleasantly surprised by the first film so when I knew there was a second film I wanted to see it. It was as good as the first film, great action adventure and the scenes are amazing.

Charlize Theron portrayed the evil queen brilliantly and of course Chris Hemsworth was enjoyable to watch as the action hero.

Think I prefer this to the original film - Snow White and The Huntsman, it gives a bit of backstory to the main characters from the first film and continues from the end of the first.
